Osome vs Sleek: accounting and corporate secretarial in Singapore (2026)

Osome and Sleek both sell incorporation, accounting, tax filing and company secretary work to Singapore companies through an app, on annual plans. The differences are in how each prices accounting, what is bundled at each tier, and how support is delivered.

In short: Both are ACRA-registered online providers on annual plans. Osome prices accounting by revenue, from S$898 a year under S$30,000. Sleek prices it by expenses, from S$75 a month billed annually, and its top plan bundles Xero and payroll for up to 5 staff. Secretary plans start at S$300 a year (Osome) and SG$350 (Sleek).

Pick Osome if you want a revenue-based accounting plan with unlimited bookkeeping, a 6 business hour chat SLA and GST included only when you move up to its top tier. Pick Sleek if you want accounting priced on your annual expenses, a top plan that bundles Xero and payroll for a small team, and company secretary tiers organised by shareholder count. Both are reasonable choices for a small, straightforward Singapore company. The better one is the one whose plan matches your revenue, staff count and GST status today.

Accounting and bookkeeping

Osome’s three accounting plans (Operate, Grow and Scale) are priced by annual revenue. The figures above are for the band under S$30,000. Osome says that if your actual revenue lands above or below the band you chose, it will invoice the difference or credit your account. Every plan includes unlimited bookkeeping, automatic reconciliations, Estimated Chargeable Income filing, unaudited financial statements and the Form C-S or C tax return. Grow adds one hour a quarter of planning advice by video call, and Scale makes that unlimited.

Sleek prices accounting by annual expenses, in six bands from under S$30,000 to S$900,000 and above. Its entry plan covers annual bookkeeping, annual management reports, statutory registers and the annual tax return. Accounting Essentials moves to monthly bookkeeping and reports. Accounting Premium moves to weekly bookkeeping, adds quarterly review meetings with a senior accountant, payroll and leave management for up to 5 employees, and includes Xero.

The practical difference: if you have low revenue but meaningful expenses (common in a funded startup), Osome’s revenue basis may put you in a lower band. If you have healthy revenue with lean costs, Sleek’s expense basis may work out cheaper. Ask both for a quote using your real numbers.

GST, XBRL and other add-ons

GST is where the two diverge most. Osome includes GST return filing and GST registration only on Scale. On Grow, GST filing is S$1,200 a year and registration S$300. Sleek lists quarterly GST filing at S$300 a quarter and notes that it requires Xero. If you are GST-registered, model the full year cost with GST included before comparing headline prices.

For XBRL, Osome lists simplified XBRL at S$330 a year and full XBRL at S$550 a year. Sleek lists XBRL report preparation at S$500 a year. Osome also lists an urgency filing fee of S$750 where a deadline is close.

Company secretary

Osome’s Essential plan at S$300 a year covers the annual return (including the S$60 ACRA fee), holding the AGM and document storage, with in-app chat. Its Unlimited plan at S$600 a year adds routine corporate changes such as changes of name, address, activity and officers, RORC filing, dividends, share changes and adopting a new constitution. Osome lists one-off extras such as CorpPass registration at S$100 and striking off at S$400.

Sleek’s plans are organised by shareholder count. Essentials+ (from SG$350, recommended for 1 shareholder) covers the AGM, annual return with the S$60 fee, director and officer changes, change of address and registers. Professional (from SG$500, up to 9 shareholders) adds share allotments, transfers, dividends and constitution changes. Enterprise (from SG$1,500, 10 or more shareholders) adds complex share operations and funding rounds from Series A. Email SLAs run from 72 hours down to 24 hours. The page we checked did not state the billing period for these prices, so confirm whether they are annual.

Support and software

Osome describes a Singapore-based accounting team reached through in-app live chat, with a stated response within one working day and a 6 business hour SLA on its accounting plans. Its own app handles invoicing, bill capture, bank connections, a compliance calendar and marketplace connections for ecommerce sellers.

Sleek assigns an accountant and uses its own SleekBooks software on the lower plans, with Xero included on Premium. Sleek also describes itself as a Xero platinum partner. If you already use Xero or want a file your next accountant can take over easily, that matters.

Which should you choose

  • Solo founder, no staff, not GST-registered: compare Osome Operate with Sleek’s Annual Filing & Bookkeeping plan, plus each firm’s cheapest secretary plan. Price will likely decide it.
  • GST-registered small company: price Osome Scale against Sleek’s plan plus four quarters of GST filing. Osome’s bundled GST may close the gap.
  • Small team of up to 5 staff: Sleek Accounting Premium includes payroll for up to 5 employees, which can be simpler than paying per-employee add-ons.
  • Ecommerce seller: Osome’s software connects to marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee and Lazada, which can reduce manual entry.
  • Company with several shareholders or a funding round coming: Sleek’s Professional or Enterprise secretary tiers spell out share operations clearly. Ask Osome what its Unlimited plan covers for your cap table.

Neither firm is the only option. Traditional accounting firms and smaller local practices often price comparably, especially once GST and payroll are added. See also Osome vs 3E Accounting.

For accounting, Osome's entry plan was S$898 billed annually for revenue under S$30,000, and Sleek's entry plan was from S$75 a month billed annually for annual expenses under S$30,000. Your actual price depends on your revenue or expenses, so compare written quotes.

Both publish ACRA filing agent numbers on their websites. Osome shows FA20170653 and Sleek shows corporate service provider number FA20170342. You can check any filing agent on ACRA's public register.

Do Osome and Sleek file GST returns?
