If your company needs a statutory audit or more tax and advisory support, look at Tan, Chan & Partners and Baker Tilly.
Many “best accounting firm” lists for Singapore are years old, or are written by a provider that ranks itself first. This guide groups six firms by type, sets out what each one says on its own website, and explains how to choose. It focuses on firms that serve SMEs, not only the Big Four.
How we chose
We started from firms that appear often when Singapore businesses search for an accounting firm, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:
- Type of firm. Online platform, small local firm, or audit and advisory firm.
- Who it serves. Whether the firm says it works with SMEs and small companies.
- Scope. Bookkeeping, year-end financial statements, corporate tax (ECI and Form C-S), GST returns, XBRL and audit.
- Price transparency. Whether the firm publishes prices, and what they include.
We did not rank firms by review scores, awards or client numbers, because we could not verify them, and we left out paid directories. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.
FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

These firms sell fixed plans managed through their own app or software, with a team behind it.
1. Osome
Osome says on its website that every plan includes unlimited bookkeeping, financial software, ECI filing, unaudited financial statements and annual tax return filing, with GST, payroll and XBRL available. It names solo founders, small businesses and ecommerce sellers as its customers, and says its software connects with Amazon, Shopee and Lazada. Its company secretary page says its accountants are certified by ISCA.
Best for: New companies and online sellers that want a fixed price and an app for receipts and questions.
Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed Operate from S$75 a month (S$898 billed annually, for annual revenue under S$30,000), Grow from S$99 a month and Scale from S$227 a month, all billed annually per financial year. GST return filing was S$1,200 a year on Grow, and Full XBRL was S$550 a year.
Strengths: Clear published plans, with ecommerce integrations and a stated support response time.
Limits: The page does not list an office address. Check which revenue band you fall into, because add-ons such as GST filing can change the total a lot.
Singapore note: It says it has a Singapore-based team.
2. Sleek
Sleek says on its website that its plans include bookkeeping, an assigned accountant, unaudited financial statements and annual tax return filing, with its own SleekBooks software. It also sells incorporation, company secretary and payroll services, and states that it is a registered filing agent and corporate service provider (licence FA20170342).

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed Annual Filing & Bookkeeping from S$75 a month, Accounting Essentials from S$90 a month and Accounting Premium from S$250 a month, billed annually per financial year. It listed quarterly GST filing at S$300 a quarter, XBRL at S$500 a year and one-off unaudited financial statements from S$600.
Strengths: A wide published fee list, including one-off work such as reconstruction of accounts and dormant company filing.
Limits: Prices depend on your annual expenses band, and GST filing requires a Xero subscription. Ask for a full quote for your band.
Singapore note: It lists an office at 160 Robinson Road, SBF Center.
Small local firms
These firms keep books and file returns for small companies, usually with a named contact.
3. Leftright Corporate
Leftright Corporate describes itself on its website as a small firm, founded in Singapore in 2018. It offers bookkeeping, financial statement compilation, corporate tax filing, annual return filing and XBRL. It says it is an ACRA registered filing agent and corporate service provider (FA20200114), and defines a transaction as a line on your bank statement.
Best for: Small companies with low transaction volumes that want a simple, itemised price.
Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed monthly bookkeeping at S$110 a month for fewer than 25 transactions, S$170 for fewer than 50, S$280 for fewer than 100, and from S$370 above that, with quarterly and yearly billing also available. Limits: It describes itself as small on purpose, so ask about capacity if you have many entities or complex needs.
Singapore note: It lists an office at 190 Clemenceau Avenue, Singapore Shopping Centre.
4. 3E Accounting
3E Accounting says on its website that its bookkeeping covers the general ledger, payables and receivables, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, financial statements, books clean-up and GST reconciliation, with a dedicated accountant for each client. It also offers incorporation, corporate secretarial, tax, payroll and work pass services, and lists “ACRA Approved Corporate Service Provider (CSP)” among its credentials.
Best for: SMEs that want bookkeeping alongside other business services from one firm.

Strengths: Published starting prices and a wide range of related services.
Limits: The starting price does not say which transaction volume or filings it covers. Ask what is included for your volume.
Singapore note: It lists an office at 51 Goldhill Plaza.
Audit and advisory firms
These firms add statutory audit and broader tax and advisory work.
5. Tan, Chan & Partners
Tan, Chan & Partners says on its website that it is a chartered accountant firm established in 1982. It lists statutory audit, special purpose audits, tax compliance, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll, GST filing, incorporation, liquidation and corporate secretarial services. It names companies, management corporations (MCSTs), non-profits and Institutions of a Public Character among its clients.
Best for: Companies, MCSTs and charities that need an audit alongside accounting and tax.

Cost: Not published.
Strengths: A wider range of services, including assurance and business advisory, with access to an international network.
Limits: Its website is aimed at a broad range of clients, including listed companies. A very small company with simple books may find a smaller firm cheaper.
Singapore note: Its home page does not list an office address. Check its contact details directly.
How to choose
Start with what your company actually needs. A small company with few transactions and no audit requirement mainly needs bookkeeping, financial statements, ECI and Form C-S, and annual return support. An online platform or small local firm usually covers that. If your company does not qualify for audit exemption, or has group companies, foreign income or complex tax questions, an audit and advisory firm may suit you better. Our accounting firm page explains the filings and deadlines in more detail.
Then ask every shortlisted firm the same questions:
- What exactly is included? Bookkeeping, financial statements, ECI, Form C-S, GST returns, annual return and XBRL.
- How do you count transactions? And what happens if you go over your band.
- Which software do you use? Ask whether you get your own login and keep your records if you leave.
- Who handles our account? Ask about qualifications, and who signs any audit.
- What does year two cost? Compare renewal prices, not only the first-year offer.
If you also need a named company secretary, see our list of corporate secretarial services in Singapore. If you have staff, payroll outsourcing is often bought alongside accounting.

Frequently asked questions
What types of accounting firm are there in Singapore?
Broadly three. Online platforms such as Osome and Sleek sell fixed plans with an app for receipts and an assigned accounting team. Small local firms keep books and file returns for SMEs, often with prices set by transaction volume. Audit and advisory firms, from long-established local practices to members of international networks, add statutory audit, tax advisory and work for larger or more complex companies.
How much does an accounting firm cost in Singapore?
It depends on transaction volume and which filings are included. When we checked in October 2026, Leftright listed monthly bookkeeping from S$110 a month for fewer than 25 transactions, 3E Accounting listed bookkeeping from S$500 a year before GST, Osome listed plans from S$75 a month and Sleek from S$75 a month, both billed annually. Tax filing, financial statements, GST returns and XBRL are often priced separately, so ask for an itemised quote.
Does my company need an audit?
Not always. Under ACRA's small company concept, a private company is generally exempt from audit if it meets at least two of three criteria: revenue of S$10 million or less, total assets of S$10 million or less, and 50 or fewer full-time employees. Group rules apply to subsidiaries. If you do need an audit, it must be done by a public accountant registered with ACRA.
Can FYAdvisers help me find an accounting firm?
