What we collect

When you request a provider, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, the service you need, your timing, how many providers you want to hear from and the description you write. When a provider applies to receive requests, we collect the same contact details and a description of their services.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request, by phone or email, so we can confirm what you need.
• To match your request with the number of providers you chose, up to five, that offer the service you asked for. FYAdvisers also provides technology consulting and B2B lead generation, so one of the providers can be FYAdvisers itself.
• To share your request and contact details with those providers, only when you have ticked the consent box on the form, so they can contact you about that request.
• To follow up with you about the request, and to keep a record of which providers received it.

Providers pay FYAdvisers to receive matched requests. Each provider is responsible for how it uses your details after receiving them and must follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your details as part of a list or share them with providers outside your request.
• We do not send your request to more providers than you chose, and never to more than five.
• We do not add you to marketing mailing lists without asking.

Withdrawing consent and access

You can withdraw your consent, ask what details we hold about you or ask us to correct them by emailing contact@fyadvisers.com. If you withdraw consent, we will stop sharing your request and tell the providers who received it. PDPC's overview of the data protection obligations explains your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as we need them to match and follow up on requests and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
