In short: Small companies with a simple structure wanting a low fixed fee: Osome, Sleek or Leftright Corporate. Firms that also handle accounting, work passes or foreign founders: 3E Accounting, Piloto Asia or Rikvin. Larger or international groups: Forvis Mazars. Check any filing agent number on BizFile+.

Which provider suits you depends on how settled your company is and how much help you want. For a small company with a simple structure that wants a low fixed fee, look at Osome, Sleek and Leftright Corporate. For a firm that also handles accounting, work passes or foreign founders, look at 3E Accounting, Piloto Asia and Rikvin. For a larger or international group, look at Forvis Mazars.

Several of the “best corporate secretarial services” lists that rank in Singapore are written by a provider that puts itself first. This guide groups seven firms by type, sets out what each one says on its own website, and explains how to choose.

How we chose

We started from firms that appear often when Singapore businesses search for corporate secretarial services, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:

  • Type of firm. Online platform, small local firm, or larger firm.
  • Registration. Whether the firm states on its website that it is an ACRA registered filing agent or corporate service provider, and gives a number. We could not query ACRA’s register directly, so we report what each firm states. Check the number on BizFile+ before you engage anyone.
  • Scope. What the annual fee covers, and how changes such as share transfers are charged.
  • Price transparency. Whether the firm publishes annual fees.

We did not rank firms by review scores, awards or client numbers, because we could not verify them, and we left out paid directories. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.

FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

1. Osome

Osome says on its website that it is a registered filing agent (FA20170653). Its Essential plan covers annual return filing including the S$60 government fee, holding the AGM, in-app expert support and document storage. Its Unlimited plan adds changes to the company name, address and officers, share changes, dividends and a new constitution.

Best for: Small companies with a settled structure that want a low fixed fee.

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed Essential at S$300 a year and Unlimited at S$600 a year, with CorpPass registration at S$100 and strike-off at S$400.

Strengths: Low published fees, and a clear split between a basic plan and one that covers routine changes.

Limits: On Essential, changes are charged per request. If you expect several changes in a year, compare the two plans.

Singapore note: Its company secretary page does not list an office address.

2. Sleek

Sleek says on its website that it is a registered filing agent and corporate service provider authorised by ACRA (FA20170342). Its company secretary plans cover the AGM, annual return filing including the S$60 fee, director and secretary changes, registers and e-signatures, with share transfers, allotments and dividends in higher plans.

Best for: Founders who want company secretary, accounting and incorporation from one provider.

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its pricing page listed Essentials+ from S$350, Professional from S$500 and Enterprise from S$1,500, plus a nominee director service at S$2,000 a year.

Strengths: Three published tiers by company complexity, with stated email response times.

Limits: The cheapest plan suits companies with one shareholder. Check which tier fits your shareholder count and share changes.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 160 Robinson Road, SBF Center.

Small local firms

These firms combine company secretary work with accounting, tax or work pass services, usually with a named contact.

3. Leftright Corporate

Leftright Corporate says on its website that it is an ACRA registered filing agent and corporate service provider (FA20200114), founded in Singapore in 2018. Both of its plans include a named secretary on your ACRA record, registers and minute books, AGM documents, annual return filing including the S$60 fee, and deadline reminders.

Best for: Small companies that want one all-in annual price and a named contact.

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed Essential at S$328 a year and Suite, with unlimited standard resolutions, at S$568 a year. It says both include the ACRA fee, no GST is charged, and the fee stays the same at renewal. A registered office address is S$245 a year extra.

Strengths: All-in published prices with a stated renewal price guarantee.

Limits: It describes itself as a small firm, so ask about capacity for groups or complex restructuring.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 190 Clemenceau Avenue, Singapore Shopping Centre.

4. 3E Accounting

3E Accounting says on its website that its corporate secretarial work includes maintaining statutory registers, AGM minutes, annual return and XBRL submission to ACRA, and strike-off. It also offers incorporation, accounting, tax and work passes, and lists “ACRA Approved Corporate Service Provider (CSP)” among its credentials.

Best for: SMEs that want company secretary, accounting and work pass support from one firm.

Cost: Not published on its corporate secretarial page.

Strengths: A wide range of related services in one firm.

Limits: No price on the page we checked, and no registration number shown. Ask for both.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 51 Goldhill Plaza.

5. Piloto Asia

Piloto Asia says on its website that it is an “ACRA-registered filing agent” and offers incorporation, company secretary, tax and accounting, work visas and payroll. It says it focuses on foreign and local founders, with fully remote setup for international founders.

Best for: Foreign founders who want incorporation, a company secretary and work passes handled together.

Cost: Not published for company secretary work. It lists company registration from S$315.

Strengths: A clear focus on overseas founders and remote setup.

Limits: It does not show a filing agent number on its home page. Ask for it and check it on BizFile+.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 105 Cecil Street, The Octagon.

6. Rikvin

Rikvin says on its website that it offers incorporation, corporate secretary, accounting, tax, immigration and HR outsourcing, and describes itself as an InCorp Group company. Its FAQ says the annual fee covers a qualified secretary named on your ACRA record for 12 months, routine forms and resolutions, statutory books and minutes, and compliance reminders.

Best for: Companies that want a named secretary plus immigration or accounting support.

Cost: Not published. It says non-routine work is charged on a time-cost basis.

Strengths: A clear statement of what the annual fee covers, and a wide service range.

Limits: The pages we checked do not state its ACRA filing agent or corporate service provider registration. Ask for the number.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 36 Robinson Road, City House.

Larger firms

7. Forvis Mazars Singapore

Forvis Mazars says on its website that its corporate secretarial services include incorporating foreign-owned entities, general meeting minutes, statutory registers, winding up and company secretary advisory. It says it serves start-ups, SMEs, multinationals and listed companies, and may offer nominee director services.

Best for: Multinationals and larger companies that want corporate secretarial work alongside audit, tax and advisory.

Cost: Not published. It says costs depend on company size and needs.

Strengths: Part of a larger professional services firm, which helps with groups and cross-border structures.

Limits: The page we checked does not mention ACRA registration. A small company with a simple structure may pay less elsewhere.

Singapore note: The page lists a Singapore phone number but no street address.

How to choose

ACRA requires a Singapore company to appoint a company secretary within six months of incorporation, and the secretary cannot be the sole director. Most small companies only need annual compliance, so compare:

  1. Registration. Ask for the firm’s ACRA registration number and check it on BizFile+.
  2. What the fee covers. A named secretary, registers, AGM, annual return and the S$60 ACRA fee.
  3. How changes are charged. Director changes, share transfers and address changes may be extra.
  4. Year-two price. Ask whether the renewal fee differs from the first-year fee.
  5. Who you deal with. A named person or a shared inbox.

If you are still setting up, see company incorporation. Many providers also keep your books; our list of accounting firms in Singapore compares them. Our corporate secretarial page explains ACRA duties and typical fees.

Frequently asked questions

What does a corporate secretarial service include in Singapore?

Usually a named company secretary on your ACRA record, maintenance of statutory registers and minute books, AGM documents, annual return filing and reminders of statutory deadlines. Changes such as appointing directors, transferring shares or changing the registered address are either included in a higher plan or charged per change, depending on the provider.

How much do corporate secretarial services cost in Singapore?

When we checked in October 2026, Osome listed S$300 a year (Essential) and S$600 a year (Unlimited), Leftright listed S$328 and S$568 a year, and Sleek listed company secretary plans from S$350. Several other firms quote on request. Check whether the S$60 ACRA annual return fee is included and what non-routine changes cost.

How do I check that a provider is registered with ACRA?

Ask the firm for its registration number and check it on ACRA's BizFile+, which has an enquiry function for filing agents and qualified individuals. Some firms print a number such as FA20170342 on their website. We could not query the register directly for this article, so we report what each firm states.
