In short: Osome sells bundled annual plans through an app: accounting from S$898 a year for revenue under S$30,000 and company secretary from S$300 a year. 3E Accounting is an office-based firm with an à la carte fee list shown including GST, such as company secretary from S$327 a year and tax filing from S$327 a year.
Pick Osome if you want one annual plan that bundles bookkeeping, financial statements and tax filing, managed in an app with chat support. Pick 3E Accounting if you want to buy only the services you need from a fee list, prefer a physical office you can visit, or also need help with work passes, nominee directors or other corporate services from the same firm. Neither is universally cheaper: Osome’s bundles suit companies that need the full annual cycle; 3E’s à la carte list suits companies that only need part of it.
All prices below were checked on each firm’s own website in October 2026. 3E shows its fees including GST; Osome’s pages did not say either way.

How each prices accounting
Osome’s accounting plans are bundles priced by annual revenue. At the under S$30,000 band, Operate at S$898 a year covers unlimited bookkeeping, automatic reconciliations, Estimated Chargeable Income filing, unaudited financial statements and the Form C-S or C return. Grow at S$1,188 adds a quarterly planning call. Scale at S$2,728 adds unlimited planning calls and includes GST registration and quarterly GST filing. If your revenue ends up outside your band, Osome says it invoices the difference or credits you.
3E Accounting lists each piece separately, with GST included. Bookkeeping starts from S$654 a year for a monthly schedule (3E lists quarterly, half-yearly and annual schedules at higher starting prices, from S$763 to S$1,090), plus ad-hoc help at S$109 an hour. Compiling financial statements starts from S$327 a year, annual tax return filing from S$327 a year and XBRL conversion from S$436. The bookkeeping section of 3E’s page also mentions a starting figure of S$300 a month, which does not match the tier list, so confirm the quote.
To compare fairly, add up 3E’s bookkeeping, financial statements and tax filing for your transaction volume and set that against the Osome plan that matches your revenue. Also check how catch-up work is priced. Osome lists historical accounting at S$898 a year as an add-on, and 3E prices ad-hoc bookkeeping by the hour, so a company with a year or two of unfiled accounts should get both quotes on the same basis.
GST
If you are GST-registered, the cost of GST filing changes the comparison. Osome’s Scale plan includes it; on Grow it is S$1,200 a year. 3E lists GST return submission at S$164 per return, which is S$656 a year for four quarterly returns, plus GST registration from S$654 one-time. Neither firm’s pages described InvoiceNow support, so if you are newly GST-registered, ask how each handles the IRAS InvoiceNow requirement.
Company secretary and corporate services
Osome’s Essential secretary plan at S$300 a year covers the annual return with the S$60 ACRA fee, the AGM and document storage. Unlimited at S$600 a year adds routine changes such as officer, name, address and share changes. One-off extras include CorpPass registration at S$100 and striking off at S$400.
3E lists company secretary from S$327 a year as a routine retainer, with non-routine changes priced per job, and striking off from S$545. 3E also lists incorporation at S$109 including one year of secretarial service, a registered address at S$327 a year and a nominee resident director at S$2,180 a year, which requires its secretarial and tax filing subscriptions and a refundable deposit.
3E’s site lists a wider range of corporate services than Osome’s, including immigration and work passes, auditing, trademark registration and trust services, and it holds a MOM employment agency licence. If you need these from one firm, that breadth is useful.
Working style and support
Osome runs mainly through its app: you upload documents, chat with your accounting team and approve filings. It states a Singapore-based team, responses within one working day, and a 6 business hour SLA on accounting plans.
3E lists an office at Goldhill Plaza open 9am to 6pm, a phone line and email, and a mobile app. It describes staff memberships of professional bodies such as ACCA and ISCA. If you prefer meeting someone in person, 3E’s model suits that better.
Questions to ask both firms
- What exactly is included for our revenue, transaction volume and number of bank accounts, and what is billed separately?
- Are quoted prices inclusive of GST?
- Who prepares our accounts, and how do we reach them when we have a question?
- Which accounting software will our books be kept in, and will we have our own login?
- How are year-end deadlines tracked, and who pays if a filing is late?
- If we leave, how and when do we receive our records and accounting file?
Get both answers in writing. The cheapest headline fee is not always the cheapest year once catch-up bookkeeping, GST returns and corporate changes are added.
Which should you choose
- New company that wants the whole annual cycle handled for one price: Osome Operate or Grow.
- GST-registered company: price Osome Scale against 3E’s bookkeeping, statements, tax filing and four GST returns.
- Company that does its own bookkeeping and only needs statements and filing: 3E’s à la carte fees may be lower.
- Foreign founder needing a nominee director, address and work pass support: 3E lists all of these with prices. Ask Osome for its nominee director quote.
- Owner who prefers face-to-face meetings: 3E.

Frequently asked questions
Is Osome or 3E Accounting cheaper?
It depends on what you need. 3E's individual fees can look lower (company secretary from S$327 a year, annual tax filing from S$327 a year, financial statement compilation from S$327 a year, all including GST), but you add each service separately. Osome bundles bookkeeping, financial statements, ECI and the tax return into one plan from S$898 a year for revenue under S$30,000. Compare the total for the same scope.
Do 3E Accounting's prices include GST?
Yes. 3E's fees page in October 2026 marked its prices W/GST, meaning GST is included. Osome's pages we checked did not state whether GST is included, so ask.
Can I visit either firm's office?
3E Accounting lists an office at 51 Goldhill Plaza, Singapore 308900, open 9am to 6pm. Osome works mainly through its app and chat, and offers scheduled calls.
Which is better for payroll?
3E lists monthly payroll from S$65.40 per staff per month including GST. Osome lists payroll as an add-on at S$350 per employee per year on its Grow and Scale plans. For more than a few staff, compare both with a payroll specialist.
Are both registered with ACRA?
Osome shows ACRA filing agent number FA20170653 on its site. 3E Accounting says it is an ACRA-registered corporate service provider and filing agent. You can check either on ACRA's register.
