In short: Most suppliers can track new tenders free: register as a GeBIZ Trading Partner, subscribe to the RSS feeds and check the indicative listing. Use our free award finder or the data.gov.sg dataset to see who won, BidEx for filtered alerts from S$19 a month, and Lucius AI to analyse tender documents.

Our pick for seeing who has just won government work is our own free GeBIZ award finder (that’s us): search every awarded open tender by keyword, with no sign-up. To track new tenders, the best option for most Singapore suppliers is also free: register as a GeBIZ Trading Partner and subscribe to the official GeBIZ RSS feeds, then check the indicative procurement listing for what agencies plan to buy. For the raw award data, download the data.gov.sg GeBIZ dataset. If you want email, Telegram or WhatsApp alerts with filtering, BidEx has a free tier and paid plans, and Lucius AI adds tender document analysis.

This guide compares seven options, what each one covers and what it costs, using facts checked on each provider’s own site in October 2026.

How we chose

We included a tool if it met all of these:

  • Covers GeBIZ. It tracks Singapore government opportunities or awards, stated on its own website.
  • Verifiable. We could confirm its features and pricing on its own site.
  • Useful to a supplier. It helps you find tenders to bid for, see who won, or plan ahead.

We also considered:

  • Cost, including whether there is a free option.
  • Alerts versus awards. Some tools tell you about new tenders, others about who won, and a few do both.
  • Freshness. How close to real time the data is.

One disclosure: the GeBIZ award finder is our own free tool and we put it first. We have described every tool, including ours, only from verifiable facts, and you should weigh our position when reading the list.

1. FYAdvisers GeBIZ award finder (that’s us)

Our GeBIZ award finder searches the data.gov.sg dataset above by keyword and shows the supplier, contract description, agency, award date and amount, with a link to each tender on GeBIZ.

Best for: A quick look at who has won work in your field, without downloading a CSV.

Cost: Free, with no sign-up. The search runs from your browser against data.gov.sg and nothing you search is stored by FYAdvisers.

Strengths: Fast, free and focused on awards, which most alert tools treat as secondary.

Good to know: It inherits the dataset’s lag and gaps, it does not send alerts, and it does not cover open tenders. Check GeBIZ itself for the latest awards. If you want awards turned into leads, our tender and award signals service does that for you.

2. GeBIZ Trading Partner RSS alerts

The GeBIZ business alerts page says registered GeBIZ Trading Partners can subscribe to RSS feeds for new procurement opportunities, using a feed reader or a browser that supports RSS. The same page says the GeBIZ Alert service on GoBusiness was discontinued on 28 February 2025.

Best for: Any Singapore company that bids for government work.

Cost: Free. MOF’s summarised supplier guide says registration is free for the first user account.

Strengths: It is the official source, and registration also lets you download documents and bid.

Limits: RSS needs a reader, and category feeds can be broad. Add saved keyword searches on the opportunities page, since titles do not always sit in the category you expect.

Singapore note: Our GeBIZ registration guide explains the steps.

3. GeBIZ indicative procurement listing

The Listing of Indicative Government Procurement Opportunities shows potential purchases agencies are likely to make in the year ahead. GeBIZ states that, as a guide, purchases exceeding S$200,000 will be listed.

Best for: Preparing partners, references and capacity before a tender opens.

Cost: Free, with no login needed to open the page.

Strengths: Earlier warning than any alert service.

Limits: GeBIZ says the listing is for information only, is not an invitation to tender, and that projects and values may change or be cancelled. We did not find a published update schedule, so recheck it monthly. See the procurement plan signal.

4. data.gov.sg GeBIZ dataset

The Government Procurement via GeBIZ dataset is published by the Ministry of Finance under the Singapore Open Data Licence. It covers open tenders since FY2021, with tender number, description, agency, award date, status, supplier and awarded amount.

Best for: Analysing who wins in a category, how much agencies spend and which competitors keep appearing.

Cost: Free, as a CSV download or through the data.gov.sg API.

Strengths: Several years of award history in one structured file.

Limits: It is not real time. When we checked in October 2026, coverage ran to 31 March 2026 and the last update was 26 April 2026. Quotations are not included.

5. BidEx

BidEx is an independent, privately operated tender alert service. It says it draws on GeBIZ’s official RSS feeds and open datasets on data.gov.sg, and that it is not affiliated with the Government of Singapore or GeBIZ.

Best for: Teams that want filtered alerts on email, Telegram or WhatsApp, plus award history.

Cost (October 2026): A free plan with five category channels, a weekly email digest and seven days of history. Starter is S$19 a month, Pro S$49 a month with all categories, Telegram, WhatsApp and award intelligence, and Business S$99 a month with exports and Slack or Teams webhooks. It offers a 14-day Pro trial without a credit card.

Strengths: Alerts where your team already works, and award data with winning companies and values back to 2021.

Limits: The site notes that tender data may be incomplete or delayed and that GeBIZ remains the authoritative source.

6. Lucius AI

Lucius AI analyses tender documents: you upload a tender and it lists the requirements, cites each to its page and gives a view on whether to bid. Its coverage page lists Singapore GeBIZ alongside sources in the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, India and others, and it can match tenders by email.

Best for: Bid teams that need to read long tender packs quickly and decide whether to bid.

Cost (October 2026): Its pricing page lists a free tier with two tender analyses a month, a one-off pack at €149 per tender, a Team plan at €2,400 a year and an Enterprise plan at €2,000 a month.

Strengths: Focused on the bid decision rather than only discovery.

Limits: Pricing is in euros, and Singapore is one of many markets rather than its main focus.

7. Apify: Singapore GeBIZ Tenders and Awards Scraper

The Singapore GeBIZ Tenders and Awards Scraper on Apify reads the public, logged-out GeBIZ opportunity listing. In watch mode it records a baseline on the first run, then returns only changes, such as new, closed or awarded tenders.

Best for: Developers who want GeBIZ changes in their own database or workflow.

Cost: Pay per event, listed from $33.50 per 1,000 tender or award changes when we checked.

Strengths: Structured output in JSON, CSV, Excel or RSS.

Limits: It is community-built by an independent developer and had few users when we checked. Review GeBIZ’s terms of use before relying on any scraper.

Also checked

We looked at Tendermeister, but its website describes tender software for German public procurement portals and does not mention GeBIZ, so we have not included it.

How to choose

Start with the free official route. Register on GeBIZ, subscribe to the RSS feeds for your categories and run a few saved keyword searches each week. Most small suppliers need nothing more to find tenders. Our guide on how to bid for GeBIZ tenders covers what to do next.

Add a paid alert service if your team misses notices because nobody checks the feed, or if you want alerts in Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack. Add a document analysis tool if reading tender packs is your bottleneck rather than finding them.

If your interest is in who wins rather than what to bid for, for example because you sell to government contractors, use the award data. Search it with the GeBIZ award finder, and read how to use GeBIZ awards to find B2B leads.

Frequently asked questions

Does GeBIZ still send email tender alerts?

Not through GoBusiness. The GeBIZ business alerts page says the GeBIZ Alert service on GoBusiness was discontinued on 28 February 2025. Registered GeBIZ Trading Partners can subscribe to RSS feeds instead, read in a feed reader or a browser that supports RSS.

What is the best free GeBIZ tender alert?

The official GeBIZ RSS feeds, which are free for registered GeBIZ Trading Partners. Registration is free for the first user account. If you want email alerts without setting up RSS, BidEx offered a free plan with a weekly email digest for five categories when we checked in October 2026.

How can I see who won a GeBIZ tender?

GeBIZ shows the award status of opportunities closed in the past six months, with more detail for registered Trading Partners. For older awards, the Government Procurement via GeBIZ dataset on data.gov.sg lists the supplier, agency and awarded amount for open tenders since FY2021. Our free GeBIZ award finder searches that dataset by keyword.

Do I need tender tracking software to bid for government contracts?

No. Bids are submitted through GeBIZ itself, and the official RSS feeds and search are free. Paid tools mainly save time through filtering, alerts on other channels, document summaries or award analysis.
