In short: HubSpot users can look at Huble, Woven or NetFarmer, Zoho users at Zolution, and Salesforce users, especially SMEs and non-profits, at CRS Studio. Choose the CRM before the partner, and remember licence fees are paid to the CRM vendor on top of implementation.

Which partner suits you depends on your CRM and how much vendor accreditation matters to you. For HubSpot, look at Huble, Woven and NetFarmer. For Zoho, look at Zolution. For Salesforce, especially for SMEs and non-profits, look at CRS Studio.

Searching “CRM Singapore” brings up vendors, resellers, certified partners and independent consultants all mixed together. This guide groups five firms by the CRM they work with, sets out what each one says it does on its own website, and explains how to choose.

How we chose

We started from firms that appear often when Singapore buyers search for CRM implementation help, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:

  • CRM platform. Which CRM the firm implements, and whether it works with one vendor or several.
  • Implementation scope. Setup, data migration, integrations and training, rather than marketing services alone.
  • Singapore presence. A Singapore office or a stated Singapore base on the firm’s own site.
  • Price transparency. Whether the firm publishes any pricing.

We did not rank firms by partner tier, review scores or client numbers, because tiers change and we could not verify the rest. We left out paid directories and firms whose sites we could not load. The list is grouped by CRM rather than ranked.

FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

HubSpot partners

These firms work mainly or only with HubSpot.

1. Huble

Huble says on its website that it is a Singapore-based HubSpot partner offering HubSpot implementations, complex CRM and data migrations, custom integrations and managed services. It says it is a HubSpot Elite tier solutions partner and lists accreditations including Advanced Implementation, Custom Integration, and Solution Architecture and Data Migration. Its case studies include Knight Frank.

Best for: Mid-market and enterprise teams with a large or complex HubSpot rollout.

Cost: Not published. The site offers a short discovery call.

Strengths: A wide set of HubSpot accreditations and a managed services option after launch, by its own account.

Limits: Its site speaks mostly to larger teams. A small business with a simple setup should ask whether its project size fits.

Singapore note: It describes itself as Singapore-based. The page we checked did not list a street address.

2. Woven

Woven describes itself on its website as HubSpot specialist consultants. It lists HubSpot implementation and HubSpot integration, with integration categories covering marketing automation, process automation, e-commerce, messaging, cloud accounting and bespoke systems. It shows a Diamond tier badge and lists client logos including AXS and Xpress Feeders.

Best for: Businesses that want HubSpot set up and joined to accounting, messaging or e-commerce tools.

Cost: Not shown on the homepage. The site links to a separate HubSpot onboarding pricing page.

Strengths: It treats integration as a core service alongside implementation.

Limits: It also offers campaigns and creative services, so confirm who on the team will handle the CRM build.

Singapore note: It says it is a Singapore consultancy. The homepage did not list a street address.

3. NetFarmer

NetFarmer describes itself on its website as a HubSpot Diamond partner in China and Singapore. Its onboarding page says it will migrate your CRM, set up your portal and tailor it to your team. It also offers MsgBox, its own product that brings WeChat, Xiaohongshu and WhatsApp conversations into one inbox connected to HubSpot.

Best for: Businesses selling across Asia that need WeChat or WhatsApp conversations inside HubSpot.

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its onboarding page listed remote packages at USD 3,000 for Marketing Hub Pro and USD 1,500 each for Sales Hub Pro and Service Hub Pro. Its Starter, Standard and Enterprise tiers had no listed prices.

Strengths: Published onboarding prices and a clear focus on Chinese and regional messaging channels.

Limits: Its messaging integrations run through its own product, so ask what happens to those connections if you stop using it.

Singapore note: It trades as NetFarmer Pte Ltd. The pages we checked did not list a street address.

Zoho and Salesforce partners

These firms work with one of the other common CRM platforms.

4. Zolution

Zolution calls itself Singapore’s preferred Zoho partner on its website. It lists Zoho CRM implementation, optimisation, migration and integration, plus Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and training and support. It names a Zoho Creator award in 2021 and a Zoho One partner award in 2022.

Best for: Businesses that want Zoho CRM, or several Zoho apps working together.

Cost: Not published.

Strengths: A single focus on Zoho products, by its own account, with training and support included in its listed services.

Limits: It works only with Zoho, so it will not help you compare Zoho against other CRMs.

Singapore note: It says it is based in Singapore and supports customers locally and overseas.

5. CRS Studio

CRS Studio describes itself on its website as a certified Salesforce partner in Singapore for SMEs and non-profits, and says it has been a Salesforce partner since 2014. It lists Salesforce CRM setup and customisation, workflow automation, AI solutions, Tableau analytics and MuleSoft integration, plus volunteer and donation management systems for non-profits.

Best for: SMEs and non-profits that want Salesforce with a fixed starting package.

Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website said SME Quick Start packages start from S$5,500.

Strengths: A published starting price and specific packages for social service agencies.

Limits: It works with Salesforce products, so choose your CRM first.

Singapore note: It lists an office at 11 Beach Road.

How to choose

Start by choosing the CRM. If you are still deciding between HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or something else, read our guide on how to choose a CRM for a B2B SME first. Then decide what kind of partner you need. A certified partner suits you if vendor accreditation, licence purchasing and long-term platform support matter most. An independent firm suits you if the hard part is connecting the CRM to forms, messaging, quotations or other systems. If the work is mostly connecting tools, our list of AI and automation agencies may also help.

Then ask every shortlisted firm the same questions:

  1. What exactly is in scope? Get a written list of pipelines, fields, automations, integrations and training sessions.
  2. Who owns the account and data? Confirm the CRM account is in your company’s name and you can export your data.
  3. How will existing data be migrated? Ask how duplicates and old records are cleaned before import.
  4. What happens after launch? Ask how changes, new users and broken integrations are handled and charged.
  5. How is personal data protected? Ask how the firm handles customer data under the PDPA.

Finally, start with one team and one pipeline, then extend the CRM once it is in daily use.

Frequently asked questions

What does a CRM implementation partner do?

It sets up a CRM so it matches how your team sells and serves customers. That usually means designing pipelines and fields, importing and cleaning existing data, building automations, connecting the CRM to your website, email, messaging and accounting tools, and training your team. Some partners also resell licences and offer ongoing support after launch.

Should I use a certified vendor partner or an independent consultant?

Use a certified partner if you have already chosen a CRM and want a firm with formal accreditation and close ties to that vendor. Use an independent firm if you want help connecting the CRM to the rest of your systems, or advice that is not tied to one vendor. If you are not sure which kind fits, FYAdvisers, a free matching service, can introduce one to five suitable partners after a concierge confirms your requirements.

How much does CRM implementation cost in Singapore?

It depends on the CRM, the number of teams and the integrations involved, and most firms quote per project. Two firms on this list publish figures. When we checked in October 2026, CRS Studio said its Salesforce SME Quick Start packages start from S$5,500, and NetFarmer listed HubSpot onboarding packages at USD 3,000 for Marketing Hub Pro and USD 1,500 each for Sales Hub Pro and Service Hub Pro. Licence fees are paid to the CRM vendor on top.

Which CRM should a Singapore B2B SME choose?

Choose the CRM before the partner. HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce all suit B2B sales teams, and the right one depends on your sales process, budget, the tools you already use and who will look after it. Our guide on how to choose a CRM for a B2B SME walks through the questions to ask.
