In short: For AI agents aimed at SMEs, try NexStack; for RPA on platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate, CFB Bots or Symprio; for no-code automations on Zapier, Make or n8n, workFlowers or Wire Up AI. None published fixed prices, so expect a free consultation or audit before a quote.
Which agency suits you depends on the kind of automation you want. For AI agents and assistants aimed at SMEs, look at NexStack. For robotic process automation (RPA) on platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate, look at CFB Bots and Symprio. For automations built on no-code tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n, look at workFlowers and Wire Up AI.
“AI automation agency” covers very different work. This guide groups five firms by type, sets out what each one says on its own website, and explains how to choose.
How we chose
We started from firms that appear often when Singapore buyers search for AI and workflow automation help, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We did not use paid or sponsored directories. We looked at:
- Type of automation. Custom AI and workflow builds, RPA platforms, or no-code tools.
- Singapore presence. A Singapore office, company or stated focus on Singapore businesses.
- Who it serves. Whether the firm describes SMEs or large enterprises as its clients.
- How work starts. Whether the firm offers an audit, assessment or scoping call before quoting.
We did not rank firms by review scores, client counts or claimed savings, because we could not verify those figures independently. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.
FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

SME workflow and AI builders
These firms build automation around a specific business process. They suit businesses whose work does not fit one off-the-shelf tool.
1. NexStack
NexStack says on its website that it builds AI agents for Singapore SMEs and business teams. Its services include customer support agents for WhatsApp and web chat, workflow agents for document intake, invoice routing and approvals, data analysis and reporting, and an internal knowledge assistant for searching SOPs, policies and manuals.
Best for: SMEs that want AI agents handling enquiries, approvals or document-heavy back-office steps.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free AI consultation and a live demo.
Strengths: A clear menu of agent types, and a banner saying Singapore SMEs may get up to 50% Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) support for custom AI agent development. Check eligibility with the grant administrator before relying on it.
Limits: The site does not name the AI models or platforms it uses, so ask what your agent runs on.
Singapore note: It lists an office at Pearl’s Hill Terrace.
RPA and enterprise automation firms
RPA firms deploy software robots that work inside your existing systems, often alongside AI for documents and decisions. They suit larger organisations with high-volume, rule-based processes.
2. CFB Bots
CFB Bots says on its website that it is a technology service provider in agentic AI and robotic process automation, and that it partners with large enterprises on digital transformation. It lists consultancy and process selection, turnkey implementation, RPA maintenance and support, platform migration, training through an Automation Academy, and a “Chief Automation Officer as a Service” offer.
Best for: Larger organisations that want RPA advice, builds and support from one provider.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free consultation.
Strengths: It describes itself as vendor-agnostic and lists UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Robocorp and Laiye. It says it has been a UiPath Gold partner since 2018.
Limits: The homepage is aimed at large enterprises. Its menu links to an RPA for SMEs page, but a small business should ask whether licensing and support costs make sense at its size.
Singapore note: It lists an office at High Street Plaza on High Street.
3. Symprio
Symprio describes itself on its website as a US-headquartered agentic AI, RPA and automation consulting company. Its services include agentic AI and LLM solutions, document intelligence, RPA, process assessment, custom software, automated testing and Oracle ERP services.
Best for: Enterprises in banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing and other regulated sectors that want AI agents and RPA together.
Cost: Not published. The site says engagements start with a discovery call and process assessment, followed by a scoped pilot.
Strengths: It names UiPath, Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, and says it builds UiPath coded agents using Claude, GPT and Gemini models. It says it is a UiPath partner and a Microsoft delivery partner.
Limits: Its headquarters is in San Jose and its delivery centre is in Kuala Lumpur, so ask who will work on your project and where.
Singapore note: Its contact page lists a Singapore company, Symprio Pte Ltd, but no Singapore street address.
No-code automation specialists
No-code specialists connect the apps you already use, such as your CRM, spreadsheets, email and chat, using tools like Zapier, Make and n8n.
4. workFlowers
workFlowers says on its website that it provides “ops on demand” for lean teams across APAC. It lists three offerings: systems and automation built with Zapier, Notion and Lovable; analytics, including data pipelines and dashboards; and AI enablement, including custom skills, agents and MCP connections.
Best for: Startups and lean teams that run on Notion and Zapier and want them set up properly.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free 30-minute scoping call and an optional monthly retainer after hand-off.
Strengths: It says it is the first Zapier Platinum Solution Partner in Southeast Asia, an official Notion Solutions Partner in Singapore and a Lovable Certified Partner.
Limits: Its work centres on Zapier and Notion. If you want Make or n8n, or a self-hosted setup, confirm that first.
Singapore note: The site says it is based in Singapore but does not list a street address.
5. Wire Up AI
Wire Up AI calls itself Singapore’s AI workflow automation agency on its website. Its services are AI chatbots for WhatsApp, web and in-app channels, workflow automation connecting CRMs, spreadsheets, email and Slack, process audit and mapping, and custom AI integration such as document processing, lead scoring and follow-ups.
Best for: Small businesses with WhatsApp-heavy operations, such as orders and bookings, that want them connected to their other tools.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free process audit with no commitment.
Strengths: It works across Make, n8n and Zapier, so it is not tied to one platform, and it says workflows are handed off fully to your team after launch.
Limits: The site does not say who owns the workflows and accounts after hand-off. Agree that in writing before you start.
Singapore note: The site says it serves Singapore businesses but does not list a street address.
How to choose
Start by describing the process. If it needs its own screens, rules or records, such as a quotation or tender workflow, you need a custom builder. If a large organisation repeats the same steps across enterprise systems thousands of times, an RPA firm fits. If the work is copying data between apps you already use, a no-code specialist is often the quickest route. Our list of custom software development companies covers bigger builds.
Then ask every shortlisted firm the same questions:
- Which platform will this run on? Ask about licence or per-task costs after launch.
- Who owns the accounts and workflows? Make sure logins, code and automations sit under your company.
- Where does the AI step run? Ask which model is used and what data is sent to it.
- How is personal data handled? Ask how the firm meets PDPA obligations and where logs are stored.
- What happens when something breaks? Ask who fixes failed runs and how support is charged.
Finally, start with one clearly scoped process. Our guide on how to choose an IT consultancy goes through these questions in more detail.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between AI automation and RPA?
RPA (robotic process automation) uses software robots to repeat fixed steps in existing systems, such as copying data between screens. AI automation adds a model that reads, sorts or drafts, such as classifying an enquiry or summarising a document. Many projects now combine both, and the firms on this list describe different mixes of the two.
How much does an AI automation agency cost in Singapore?
None of the firms on this list published fixed prices on their own websites when we checked in October 2026. Most offer a free consultation, audit or scoping call and quote afterwards. Cost usually depends on how many processes are automated, how many systems are connected and whether ongoing support is included.
Should I use no-code tools or custom software for automation?
No-code tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n suit processes that move data between apps you already use. Custom software suits processes that need their own screens, rules or records, such as a quotation or tender workflow. Some processes start in no-code and move to custom software as they grow.
