The business milestone
First government contract · S$7,140 · awarded 5 August 2026
The challenge: days of manual preparation for every bid
Preparing a bid was a slow process for Chromatic Media, taking days each time and requiring substantial manual work.
The project focused on the preparation work behind a submission: organising the tender requirements and producing a proposal the team could review.
The solution: upload the files and start with a prepared draft
Launched in February 2026, the tender preparation workflow produces a compliance matrix and proposal drafts from the uploaded files. The matrix organises the requirements for review, while the draft gives the team a starting point for its response.
According to FYAdvisers, the admin’s preparation step is now to sign in and upload the files. The system handles the initial matrix and drafting work; the team still reviews the proposal, pricing and supporting material before submission.
The result: a simpler preparation process and a first government win
Chromatic’s admin can start bid preparation by signing in and uploading files, rather than manually assembling the initial matrix and proposal draft. No exact new turnaround time or percentage reduction has been supplied.
On 5 August 2026, Chromatic Media was awarded the S$7,140 contract for Design and Production of Yearbook 2026 for Dunman Secondary School, under the Ministry of Education – Schools. The recorded GeBIZ award names Chromatic Media Pte. Ltd. as the supplier.
This was Chromatic’s first government contract, supported by the tender workflow and FYAdvisers’ quotation, design and bidding work. The award is a business milestone; it does not establish that production has been completed or that automation alone caused the win.
Where the team stays involved
The compliance matrix and proposal are preparation outputs. The team checks the requirements, proposed response, design and prices before deciding what to submit. A draft is not an automatic submission or a guarantee of compliance.
