In short: Choose Vinova or Codigo for apps and websites from a development team, IT Block or Win-Pro Consultancy for day-to-day IT support, helpdesk and infrastructure, and Advintek for enterprise cloud, data and cybersecurity programmes. Most quote only after a consultation.
Which firm suits you depends on the kind of help you want. For apps and websites from a larger development team, look at Vinova and Codigo. For day-to-day IT support, helpdesk and infrastructure, look at IT Block and Win-Pro Consultancy. For enterprise cloud, data and cybersecurity programmes, look at Advintek.
“IT consultancy” covers very different services in Singapore. Some firms build software, some keep your laptops and networks running, and some advise large organisations on technology strategy. This guide groups five firms by type, sets out what each one says it does on its own website, and explains how to choose.
How we chose
We started from firms that appear often when Singapore buyers search for IT consultancy help, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:
- Type of work. Project work such as software and automation, ongoing managed IT support, or larger consulting programmes.
- Singapore presence. A Singapore office address on the firm’s own site.
- Who it serves. Whether the firm describes startups, SMEs or enterprises as its clients.
- Price transparency. Whether the firm publishes any pricing.
We did not rank firms by review scores, award counts or client numbers, because we could not verify those figures independently. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.
FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

Custom software and automation
These firms build software for you. They suit businesses that have a process, product or customer experience that off-the-shelf tools do not handle well.
1. Vinova
Vinova describes itself as a Singapore-headquartered IT consulting and development firm. Its website lists mobile app and website development, UI/UX design, software development, MVP development, low-code development, IT staff augmentation, software quality assurance, ERP and CRM integration, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, and grant advisory. It says it has over 15 years of experience.
Best for: Companies that want a larger team for app or software builds, or extra developers to add to their own team.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free consultation.
Strengths: A wide range of services from one firm, including ongoing software maintenance and staff augmentation.
Limits: With so many services listed, ask which team will work on your project and where it is based.
Singapore note: The site lists a head office at Lorong 5 Toa Payoh, with other offices in Vietnam, Thailand and Norway. It also lists grant advisory as a service.
2. Codigo
Codigo is a Singapore design and technology company that says it builds mobile apps, websites and bespoke systems. Its website lists UX research, UI design, native and React Native mobile development, web apps, WordPress or custom CMS builds, AI product and MVP work, and UX/UI masterclasses. It says it has worked on projects since 2010.
Best for: Brands and startups where the design and user experience of a consumer app or website matter most.
Cost: Not published. The site has a quote form that gives a ballpark cost based on the project details you enter.
Strengths: Design and development in one team, and a long history of app work by its own account.
Limits: Its focus is on apps and websites, so it may not be the first choice for internal workflow automation or back-office systems. Ask for examples close to your project.
Singapore note: The site lists an office at Sin Ming Lane, with further offices in Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Managed IT services
Managed IT providers look after your existing technology for a monthly fee. They suit companies without an in-house IT team that need support when something breaks, and someone to handle devices, accounts, networks and security.
3. IT Block
IT Block says on its website that it provides managed IT services, including proactive support, network security and infrastructure management, as well as server colocation, IT procurement and ad-hoc hourly support. It says it serves businesses only.
Best for: Singapore businesses that want a local team to run their day-to-day IT.
Cost: Monthly retainers are priced after a consultation. When we checked in October 2026, its website listed ad-hoc support at SGD 248 to 498 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, and said contracts can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
Strengths: Published hourly rates and a short notice period. It says it holds Cyber Essentials certification and is a bizSAFE Level 4 provider.
Limits: It does not describe custom software development, so pair it with a software firm if you need new systems built.
Singapore note: It lists an office at Joo Chiat Lane and says its team works only in Singapore.
4. Win-Pro Consultancy
Win-Pro Consultancy describes itself as an IT outsourcing, IT consulting and managed IT services provider. Its website lists desktop, server, network and cloud support, an IT helpdesk, IT asset management, fractional CTO services, business continuity planning, penetration testing, cloud backup, VoIP and office relocation. It says it has been operating since 1993.
Best for: Businesses that want support, security and IT advice from one long-established provider.
Cost: Not published.
Strengths: A broad range of support and security services, and partnerships with vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet and Datto listed on its site.
Limits: Its site mentions 24/7 support but also lists office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Confirm in writing which hours and response times apply to your contract.
Singapore note: It lists an office at Jalan Pemimpin and says it is part of Win-Pro Asia Group.
Larger IT consulting firms
Larger consulting firms run bigger programmes across cloud, data, security and enterprise systems. They suit organisations with in-house IT teams that need specialist capacity or a partner for a major change.
5. Advintek
Advintek describes itself as a consulting firm offering application engineering, cloud services, cybersecurity, data, AI and automation, and technology and IT consulting. Its site lists client work in manufacturing, financial services, logistics, energy and utilities, retail and healthcare.
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise organisations planning cloud, data or security programmes.
Cost: Not published.
Strengths: Engineering, cloud, security and data under one roof, which helps when a project touches several of them.
Limits: Its website is aimed at enterprise buyers. A small business with one process to automate may find a smaller firm a better fit.
Singapore note: It lists an office at Suntec Tower One on Temasek Boulevard.
How to choose
Start by naming the problem. If something your team does by hand should be a system, such as quoting, tender preparation or handling enquiries, you need a custom software or automation firm. If your problem is that laptops, email or Wi-Fi keep failing and nobody owns them, you need a managed IT provider. If you are a larger organisation planning a cloud, data or security programme, look at a larger consulting firm. Our comparison of an IT consultant and managed IT services sets out the trade-offs.
Then ask every shortlisted firm the same questions:
- What exactly is in scope? Get a written list of what will be built or supported, and what is not.
- Who owns the work? For software, confirm who owns the code, data and accounts when the project ends.
- What happens after launch? Ask how bugs, changes and maintenance are handled and charged.
- What are the support hours and response times? For managed IT, get these in the contract rather than the website.
- How is your data protected? Ask how the firm handles personal data under the PDPA and who on its team can access your systems.
Finally, start small where you can. One clearly scoped project or a short support trial tells you more about a firm than any proposal. Our guide on how to choose an IT consultancy goes through these questions in more detail.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an IT consultancy and a managed IT services provider?
An IT consultancy usually works on projects: it builds software, automates a process or advises on a system, then hands it over or maintains it. A managed IT services provider runs your day-to-day IT for a monthly fee, such as the helpdesk, laptops, networks, backups and security. Many companies need both, from different firms.
How much does an IT consultancy cost in Singapore?
Most firms on this list do not publish prices and quote after a consultation. The exception we found was IT Block, whose website listed ad-hoc support at SGD 248 to 498 per hour with a two-hour minimum when we checked in October 2026, with monthly retainers priced after a consultation. Project work such as custom software is almost always quoted per project.
Can a small business hire an IT consultancy for one project?
Yes. Custom software and automation firms usually work per project, so you can start with one clearly scoped piece of work. Ask for a written scope, what is included in the price, who owns the code and what support looks like after launch.
Can FYAdvisers help me find an IT consultancy?
Yes. FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. You describe what you need, a concierge confirms your requirements, and we introduce one to five IT firms that fit. You choose which ones to speak to, and the service is free for businesses.
