In short: Branded bags, drinkware and gadgets: EzGift, The Gift Empire, Nanyang Gifts or Gift and Premiums. Online logo mock-ups and instant quotes: Big Gifts. Festive and appreciation hampers: Noel Gifts. For Chinese New Year 2027, confirm branded orders by early December 2026.
Which supplier suits you depends on what you want to give. For branded merchandise such as bags, drinkware and gadgets with your logo, look at EzGift, The Gift Empire, Nanyang Gifts and Gift and Premiums. If you would rather choose items and see a logo mock-up online before speaking to anyone, look at Big Gifts. For festive and appreciation hampers rather than branded items, look at Noel Gifts.
Corporate gifts in Singapore covers very different orders: 300 tote bags for a conference, welcome kits for new staff, or 40 Chinese New Year hampers for clients. This guide groups six suppliers by type, sets out what each one says on its own website, and explains how to choose. The year-end and Chinese New Year rush is the busiest period, so lead times matter as much as price.
How we chose
We started from suppliers that appear often when Singapore buyers search for corporate gifts, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:
- Type of gift. Branded merchandise, custom-made items, or ready-made hampers.
- Published terms. Whether the supplier states minimum order quantities, lead times or prices.
- Singapore presence. A Singapore address or showroom stated on the supplier’s own site.
- Buying process. Quote forms, online mock-ups, bulk order forms and procurement portals such as GeBIZ.
We did not rank suppliers by review scores, client counts or awards, because we could not verify them, and we left out paid directories. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.
FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

Branded merchandise suppliers
These suppliers print, engrave or embroider your logo on everyday items, and most can also make items to your own design. They suit staff gifts, event giveaways and welcome kits.
1. EzGift
EzGift says on its website that it supplies customised corporate gifts wholesale, including bags, drinkware, kitchenware, T-shirts, lanyards, fans and red packets, with silkscreen printing and an in-house design team. It says most items start at 100 pieces, with custom orders sometimes needing more.
Best for: Companies ordering printed bags, drinkware or event giveaways in the low hundreds.
Cost: When we checked in October 2026, its website listed a small non-woven bag from S$1.20 a piece and a canvas drawstring pouch from S$1.50 a piece. Other items are quoted.
Strengths: Clear published lead times. It says ready-stock items arrive within 3 to 5 working days, and custom designs take 5 to 6 weeks after you approve the final design. It invites buyers to view samples at its showroom.
Limits: A 100-piece starting point is high for a small team gift. Its site does not state a founding year.
Singapore note: It lists a showroom at 7030 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, Northstar @ AMK, open on weekdays.
2. The Gift Empire
The Gift Empire says on its website that it has supplied corporate gifts since 1999. It lists ready-stock and made-to-order items across apparel, bags, drinkware, gadgets, stationery, packaging and sustainable items, and branding by laser engraving, embroidery, heat transfer, pad printing, digital printing, screen printing and debossing.
Best for: Larger companies and public-sector buyers that want custom or made-to-order gifts through a formal procurement process.
Cost: Some unit prices are published. When we checked in October 2026, examples included a pen at $0.85, a pocket towel at $2.00 and an insulated tumbler at $5.90. Ask whether branding is included. It says orders of 500 units and above receive volume pricing.
Strengths: It says most customised gifts start from 50 units, it gives quotes within one business day, offers free samples and a 30-day product warranty, and is registered on GeBIZ, Ariba and Coupa.
Limits: It says lead time is about 30 working days from artwork sign-off, so it is not a last-minute option for custom items.
Singapore note: It lists a showroom at 32 Kallang Pudding Road, Elite Industrial Building I.
3. Nanyang Gifts
Nanyang Gifts says on its website that it supplies customised corporate and door gifts, with bulk printing, OEM merchandise, logo engraving and custom packaging. It lists full-colour, silkscreen and UV logo printing, plus embossing, debossing and engraving, across bags, drinkware, apparel, tech accessories, travel items and festive gifts. It says it is GeBIZ registered.
Best for: Buyers who want a wide catalogue and a choice of branding methods in one place.
Cost: Price ranges are shown per item, such as a travel adapter at $2.25 to $19.00. The site does not say what quantity each end of the range applies to, so ask for a quote at your quantity.
Strengths: A broad range and several branding methods, including custom packaging with sleeves and inserts.
Limits: Its site does not state minimum order quantities, lead times or an office address.
Singapore note: It gives a Singapore phone and WhatsApp contact.
4. Gift and Premiums
Gift and Premiums says on its website that it offers ready-stock items, unique gifts and a customise-your-own series made from scratch to your specification. It lists mugs, bottles, bags, pens, apparel, notebooks, power banks and travel kits, and says it will source items that are not on its site.
Best for: Companies that need branded ready-stock items quickly.
Cost: Not published. The site has a quote form.
Strengths: It says ready-stock items can be delivered with your logo within a week.
Limits: Its site does not state minimum order quantities, branding methods or lead times for custom items, so ask for these in writing.
Singapore note: It lists an address at 221 Henderson Road.
Self-serve online ordering
5. Big Gifts
Big Gifts says on its website that it sources, brands, produces and delivers gifts under one roof. Buyers can upload a logo to see a free digital mock-up and get an instant quote by choosing quantity and lead time. It lists drinkware, bags, gadgets, apparel, eco-friendly items, welcome boxes and custom packaging, and says it offers 30-day complimentary storage for bulk orders.
Best for: Buyers who want to compare items and see their logo on them before talking to a salesperson.
Cost: Not published as a price list. The quote is generated online.
Strengths: Low minimums on many items. Most products we saw listed a minimum of 30 pieces, with some at 50, 100 or 200. It says it is registered on GeBIZ, Coupa, SAP Ariba and other procurement portals.
Limits: Its site does not publish lead times or an office address.
Singapore note: It gives a Singapore phone and WhatsApp contact.
Hampers and ready-made gifts
6. Noel Gifts
Noel Gifts says on its website that it offers customised hampers to match a budget, with a corporate logo imprinted, and more than 400 gifting options year round. Its range includes gourmet food, fruit, wine, chocolate, wellness and Muslim-friendly hampers.
Best for: Christmas, Chinese New Year and appreciation hampers for clients and staff.
Cost: Hamper prices are published. When we checked in October 2026, its wellness hampers started at $55.00 before GST ($59.95 with GST). It said a corporate account gets 10% off the first purchase, subject to terms.
Strengths: It says orders of more than 10 items go through a bulk order form, which suits mid-sized client lists. It also links to an RFQ and tenders page.
Limits: It is a hamper and gift shop rather than a merchandise maker, so it is not the choice for printed bags or apparel. Its corporate page does not state lead times or delivery terms for many addresses.
Singapore note: It lists an address at 21 Ubi Road 1.
How to choose
Start with the gift itself. If you want your logo on an everyday item, contact a branded merchandise supplier. If you want a festive hamper, a hamper shop is simpler. If you need something designed from scratch, choose a supplier that makes items to order and leave at least six weeks.
Then ask every shortlisted supplier the same questions:
- What is the minimum for this exact item and branding method?
- What is the lead time from approved proof to delivery, and what is your last order date before Christmas and Chinese New Year?
- Can we see a digital proof and a physical sample before production?
- Does the quote include branding, setup, packing, delivery and the 9% GST?
- Can you pack individually and deliver to several addresses?
- What happens if items arrive damaged, short or misprinted?
If your client list includes public officers, check their gift rules first. Our corporate gifts guide covers costs, branding methods and the rules on gifts to public officers. If you are also planning a year-end event, you can request corporate event companies separately.

Frequently asked questions
What types of corporate gift supplier are there in Singapore?
Broadly three. Branded merchandise suppliers print or engrave your logo on items such as bags, drinkware, apparel and gadgets, and some make custom items from scratch. Self-serve platforms let you pick items, preview your logo online and get a quote without a call. Hamper and gift shops sell ready-made festive and appreciation gifts, sometimes with a logo or message added.
What is the minimum order for branded corporate gifts in Singapore?
It depends on the supplier and the item. When we checked in October 2026, Big Gifts listed minimums of 30 pieces on most items, The Gift Empire said most customised gifts start from 50 units, and EzGift said most items start at 100 pieces. Noel Gifts uses its bulk order form for orders of more than 10 items. Ask for the minimum of the exact item and branding method you want.
How early should we order corporate gifts for Christmas or Chinese New Year?
Earlier than you think. When we checked in October 2026, EzGift said custom designs take 5 to 6 weeks after you approve the final design, and The Gift Empire said about 30 working days from artwork sign-off. Chinese New Year falls on 6 and 7 February 2027, so confirm branded orders by early December 2026 at the latest and ask each supplier for its last order date.
Can FYAdvisers help me find a corporate gift supplier?
