In short: Choose Callbox or iSmart Communications if you want outbound calling, email and appointment setting done for you, or Brew Interactive, Impossible Marketing or Ice Cube Marketing if you want leads from paid ads and inbound campaigns. Ask each how it sources contact data and handles PDPA and DNC.
Which provider suits you depends on how you want leads to arrive. For outbound calling, email and appointment setting, look at Callbox and iSmart Communications. For paid ads and inbound campaigns, look at Brew Interactive, Impossible Marketing and Ice Cube Marketing.
These are different services, not better or worse versions of the same thing. This guide groups five providers by type, sets out what each one says it does on its own website, and explains how to choose.
How we chose
We started from the companies that appear most often when Singapore buyers search for lead generation help, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:
- Type of lead generation. Outbound (the provider contacts prospects), paid ads and inbound (prospects come to you), or signal-based (contact is triggered by a specific event).
- B2B fit. Whether the provider describes B2B services, not only consumer campaigns.
- Singapore presence. A Singapore office or a stated focus on Singapore businesses.
- Price transparency. Whether the provider publishes any pricing.
- Data and compliance. What the provider says about contact data and the PDPA.
We did not use review scores, award counts or client numbers to rank anyone. Those figures are hard to compare fairly and we could not verify them independently. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.
FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

Outbound lead generation
Outbound providers find and contact prospects for you. They suit companies with a clear target list and a sales team ready to take meetings.
1. Callbox
Callbox describes itself as a multi-channel lead generation and appointment setting company. Its Singapore site lists telemarketing, appointment setting, event marketing, sales outsourcing and campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn and events, supported by what it calls “human-powered AI”.
Best for: B2B teams that want booked meetings and are comfortable outsourcing the whole outbound process.
Cost: Its pricing page showed an estimated monthly investment of $16,000 to $32,000 for one “pod” in October 2026, with exact pricing after consultation. The page does not state the currency. Each pod includes one dedicated sales development representative (SDR), a multi-channel cadence, enriched contact data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting.
Strengths: A wide channel mix in one engagement, and a published price range, which few providers in this list offer.
Limits: The pod model is a significant monthly commitment for a small business, and you are buying a process rather than a fixed number of meetings.
Singapore note: Callbox lists a Singapore office at 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre. As with any outbound provider, ask how its contact data is sourced and how calls to Singapore numbers are checked against the Do Not Call registry.
2. iSmart Communications
iSmart Communications calls itself an AI-driven lead generation and growth marketing agency in Singapore. Its B2B programme covers prospect research, ideal customer profile development, LinkedIn advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing and appointment setting. It also lists B2B telemarketing and B2B database services.
Best for: B2B companies that want outbound and LinkedIn campaigns run together, with some marketing support.
Cost: Its website stated typical packages of S$3,000 to S$9,000 per month in October 2026, depending on scope.
Strengths: Published pricing and a mix of outbound and paid LinkedIn work from one team.
Limits: The B2B programme spans many activities, so agree which ones your monthly fee covers before you start.
Singapore note: The company lists an office at 61 Mount Sinai Drive and links to a PDPA compliance page from its site. Read it, and ask how prospect databases are built.
Paid ads and inbound agencies
These agencies bring prospects to you through ads, search and content. They suit companies whose buyers already search for what they sell.
3. Brew Interactive
Brew Interactive describes itself as a full-funnel digital marketing agency in Singapore. Its services include SEO, generative engine optimisation (GEO), paid media, content, social, B2B marketing, account-based marketing and AI-driven outbound. It says it was founded in 2009.
Best for: B2B companies that want inbound content, search and ABM handled by one agency, especially those using HubSpot, which it lists among its integration services.
Cost: Not published. The site says it does not work with any minimum budget.
Strengths: A long track record by its own account, B2B and ABM listed as named services, and a stated willingness to work with smaller budgets.
Limits: Inbound and content programmes usually take months to build momentum, so they suit teams that can wait for results.
Singapore note: The site lists Singapore and Malaysia as locations.
4. Impossible Marketing
Impossible Marketing is a Singapore digital marketing agency whose services page covers paid ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, SEO, AI search optimisation, content and social media. It says it is a Google, Meta and TikTok partner and that it won Lead Generation Agency of the Year in 2022.
Best for: Businesses that want paid campaigns across several platforms, including LinkedIn ads aimed at B2B decision-makers.
Cost: Agency fees are not published. The services page gives monthly ad budget guidance: $1,000 to $2,000 for small businesses testing one platform, $2,000 to $5,000 as typical for SMEs, and $5,000 or more for competitive sectors. That is ad spend, not the agency’s fee.
Strengths: A wide channel mix and published budget guidance. Its services page displays a Google reviews widget citing 207 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Limits: Its examples cover both consumer and B2B campaigns, so ask for B2B examples in your sector.
Singapore note: It describes itself as a PSG pre-approved vendor. PSG closed to new applications on 29 September 2026 and was replaced by the EDGE Grant, so check current eligibility with Enterprise Singapore.
5. Ice Cube Marketing
Ice Cube Marketing is a performance marketing agency for Singapore SMEs. It combines Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing page funnels, CRM, WhatsApp automation and conversion optimisation, and says it tracks results from ad click to closed sale.
Best for: High-ticket service businesses with a sales team, which is how the agency describes its ideal client.
Cost: Not published. The site offers a free consultation and says businesses can use the EDGE grant to subsidise up to 50% of agency fees.
Strengths: Close attention to what happens after the click, including CRM and WhatsApp follow-up.
Limits: Most of the industries it lists are consumer-facing, and its FAQ notes that B2B campaigns typically have a higher cost per lead. It says it does not take businesses under S$200,000 in annual revenue.
Singapore note: It says it is a Google Premier Partner, a Meta partner and an IMDA pre-approved vendor.
Also considered
Leads Global appears often in Singapore lead generation searches. Its site says it serves B2C service business owners already spending S$5,000 to S$20,000 or more a month on ads, so we have not included it in a B2B list. Directory sites that list many agencies are useful for discovery, but they are not providers themselves.
How to choose
Start with how your best customers found you. If they responded to a call or email, an outbound provider fits. If they searched and enquired, an ads or inbound agency fits. If they bought soon after a specific change, such as a new contract, a new site or a new licence, a signal-based approach fits. Our comparison of signal-based and cold outreach sets out the trade-offs.
Then ask every shortlisted provider the same questions:
- What exactly does the fee cover? Separate agency fees from ad spend and data costs.
- What counts as a lead or a meeting? Agree the definition in writing.
- Where does the contact data come from? And how are PDPA and Do Not Call obligations handled? Our guide to B2B outreach under PDPA and DNC lists what to check.
- Who approves messages and ads? You should see what goes out under your name.
- What happens to replies? Find out how quickly they reach your sales team and with what context.
Finally, compare the cost against hiring in-house. Our comparison of a lead generation agency and an in-house SDR works through that decision.

Frequently asked questions
What types of lead generation company are there in Singapore?
Broadly three. Outbound firms contact prospects directly by phone, email and LinkedIn and book meetings. Paid ads and inbound agencies run Google, Meta, LinkedIn or SEO campaigns that bring enquiries to landing pages. Signal-based firms watch for specific events, such as contract awards or new licences, and contact companies when one happens.
How much does B2B lead generation cost in Singapore?
It varies widely by model. When we checked in October 2026, iSmart Communications listed typical packages of S$3,000 to S$9,000 a month, and Callbox showed an estimated monthly range of $16,000 to $32,000 for one campaign pod. Ads agencies usually charge a fee on top of your ad spend. Most providers give exact prices only after a consultation.
Which lead generation companies in Singapore can use government grants?
Some agencies say they are pre-approved vendors for government grant schemes, which can make their packages eligible for support. Impossible Marketing and Ice Cube Marketing both say this on their own websites. Check the current grant name and terms with the agency and on GoBusiness before you commit.
Do outbound lead generation campaigns need to follow PDPA?
Yes. Any provider handling personal data for you must follow the PDPA, and calls or texts to Singapore numbers may fall under the Do Not Call provisions. Ask each provider where its contact data comes from and how it handles DNC checks before you sign.
