Which option suits you depends on what you are maintaining. For WordPress and other common platforms on a fixed monthly plan, look at **Hashmeta**. For a care plan from the agency that designs your site, look at **2Stallions** and **Verz Design**. For hosting that handles backups, security and updates at the server level, look at **ReadySpace** and **Exabytes**.

"Website maintenance" can mean a developer fixing code, an agency updating plugins and content, or a host keeping the server patched and backed up. This guide groups five options by type, sets out what each one says on its own website, and explains how to choose.

## How we chose

We started from providers that appear often when Singapore buyers search for website maintenance, then kept only those whose services we could confirm on their own websites in October 2026. We looked at:

- **Type of maintenance.** Developer maintenance for sites and web apps, agency care plans, or managed hosting.
- **What is included.** Updates, backups, security, monitoring and hands-on fixes.
- **Singapore presence.** A Singapore address or Singapore company on the provider's own site.
- **Price transparency.** Whether the provider publishes any pricing.

We did not rank providers by review scores, award counts or client numbers, because we could not verify those figures independently. The list is grouped by type rather than ranked.

FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. Firms do not pay to appear in this list, and we describe each one only from what it says on its own website.

## Maintenance for sites and web apps

These providers do hands-on maintenance work on your site.

### 1. Hashmeta

[Hashmeta](https://hashmeta.com/capabilities/web-design-development/website-maintenance/) says on its website that it offers an AI-powered website maintenance service with human support from a Singapore-based team. Its maintenance page lists uptime monitoring, malware scanning, a web application firewall, WordPress core, plugin and theme updates tested in staging, daily backups, speed optimisation and SEO health checks. It says it supports WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Drupal, Joomla and custom PHP or Laravel sites.

**Best for:** Businesses on WordPress or another common platform that want a defined monthly plan.

**Cost:** When we checked in October 2026, the page listed three plans: Basic at $199 a month, Professional at $499 a month and Enterprise at $999+ a month. The page does not state the currency. It says there are no lock-in contracts and that cancellation needs 30 days' notice.

**Strengths:** Published prices and a clear list of what each tier includes, such as the number of content update requests per month.

**Limits:** Lower tiers cap content updates, so check how much hands-on work your site needs each month before choosing a plan.

**Singapore note:** It lists an office at 30A Kallang Place.

## Web design agencies with maintenance plans

These agencies design and build websites and offer maintenance afterwards.

### 2. 2Stallions

[2Stallions](https://2stallions.com/service/website-maintenance/) describes itself as a Singapore digital marketing agency. Its website maintenance page lists security measures and SSL certificates, performance work such as image compression and caching, technical support and bug fixes, regular backups and disaster recovery, website audits and content updates.

**Best for:** Businesses that want maintenance and digital marketing from one agency.

**Cost:** Not published. The page asks visitors to contact the agency for a quote.

**Strengths:** Maintenance sits next to marketing services such as SEO.

**Limits:** The page does not name the platforms it supports. Confirm that it works with your CMS or custom code before you sign.

**Singapore note:** It lists its headquarters at The Gateway West on Beach Road.

### 3. Verz Design

[Verz Design](https://www.verzdesign.com/) is a web design and development agency. Its website lists e-commerce and corporate websites, Shopify Plus, WordPress, Sitefinity and SharePoint work, alongside SEO and digital marketing. It refers to a "Web Maintenance Value Package" without listing its contents. A warranty and maintenance clause on its SEO subdomain says launched sites get a one-year warranty for bug fixing and 25 free maintenance hours valid for one year.

**Best for:** Businesses that are having a site built by Verz Design and want it looked after afterwards.

**Cost:** Not published.

**Strengths:** A described post-launch warranty and included maintenance hours, which set clear expectations for the first year.

**Limits:** Its maintenance package is not itemised on its site, and the warranty clause is on a separate subdomain. Ask for the current terms in writing, and ask whether it maintains sites it did not build.

**Singapore note:** It lists an office at Kallang Pudding Road.

## Hosting providers with managed WordPress

Managed hosting handles the server side: backups, security tools and, in some plans, automatic updates. It is not the same as someone fixing your site, so many businesses pair it with one of the options above.

### 4. ReadySpace

[ReadySpace](https://readyspace.com.sg/) is a Singapore cloud and hosting provider. Its homepage lists managed services and 24/7 support by portal, email, live chat or phone, and says services are billed on monthly terms. A WordPress hosting article on its site describes automatic core and plugin updates, daily backups with 14 days of restore points, malware scans, a web application firewall and one-click staging.

**Best for:** Businesses that want WordPress hosting with backups and updates handled locally.

**Cost:** Not published on the pages we checked.

**Strengths:** Staging and daily backups described.

**Limits:** The WordPress details come from a blog article rather than a product page. Ask for the plan's exact inclusions and restore process in writing.

**Singapore note:** It lists an office at Great World City East Tower on Kim Seng Promenade.

### 5. Exabytes

[Exabytes](https://www.exabytes.sg/wordpress-hosting) offers WordPress hosting with WordPress pre-installed. Its page lists a toolkit to update WordPress core, themes and plugins, weekly or daily backups depending on plan, malware detection and removal, and 24/7 hosting support.

**Best for:** Small sites that need inexpensive WordPress hosting and are comfortable running updates from a dashboard.

**Cost:** When we checked in October 2026, its page listed plans from S$17.99, S$24.99, S$47.99 and S$85.99 a month, excluding GST, on the lowest advertised billing term.

**Strengths:** Published prices and built-in update and security tools.

**Limits:** Updates are tools you run, not work done for you, and the page says backup restoration is on a best-effort basis. The page also lists a Tier 3 data centre in Malaysia, so check whether that suits your audience.

**Singapore note:** The site is run by Exabytes Network (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

## How to choose

Start with what you are maintaining. If your site or tool is custom-built, or connects to other systems, you need a developer who can work in the code. If it is a standard WordPress or Shopify site, an agency care plan or a fixed-price maintenance plan may be enough. If you mainly want backups, security and a fast server, managed hosting covers that, but someone still needs to fix problems when an update breaks a page.

Then ask every shortlisted provider the same questions:

1. **What is included each month?** Get a written list of updates, backups, monitoring and hours of changes.
2. **How fast do you respond?** Ask for response times in the contract, not just on the website.
3. **Who owns the accounts?** Make sure your domain, hosting and admin logins are in your name.
4. **How are backups restored?** Ask how often backups run, where they are stored and how long a restore takes.
5. **What is not covered?** Check how new features, design changes and third-party plugin issues are charged.

## Frequently asked questions

### What does website maintenance usually include?

Most plans cover software updates, backups, security scanning, uptime monitoring and a set amount of small fixes or content changes each month. What varies is how much hands-on work is included, how fast the provider responds, and whether custom code is covered or only off-the-shelf platforms such as WordPress.

### How much does website maintenance cost in Singapore?

Few providers publish prices. When we checked in October 2026, Hashmeta listed maintenance plans at $199, $499 and $999+ a month, without stating the currency on the page. Exabytes listed WordPress hosting from S$17.99 a month on its lowest advertised term, excluding GST. Hosting is not the same as hands-on maintenance, so compare what each price actually covers.

### Is managed WordPress hosting the same as website maintenance?

Not quite. Managed hosting usually handles the server, backups, security tools and sometimes automatic updates. It rarely includes someone fixing a broken page, changing content or checking that an update did not break your design. Many businesses use managed hosting plus a maintenance plan from an agency or developer.

### Can FYAdvisers help me find a website maintenance provider?

Yes. FYAdvisers is a free matching service for Singapore businesses. You describe what you need, a concierge confirms your requirements, and we introduce one to five maintenance providers that fit. You choose which ones to speak to, and the service is free for businesses.
